Michael Owen Is The Man

* Combo picture of MU players when Owen scored a hat-trick

Lately, or rather, it is in ages that Michael Owen has been sidelined by Fabio Capello. Nevertheless, Owen has remained silent and has chosen not to retaliate vocally. Instead, he is all the more determined to prove his critics and doubters wrong.

As a matter of fact, he has shown his trademark and skills as the days past. To top it all, the game against Wolfsburg is by far his best play ever since coming to Old Trafford. Owen scored a hat-trick in the 3-1 win over Wolfsburg. His first goal showcases his superiority in the air by heading the ball into the back of the net. Owen knows where he should be, thus him finding space for himself before scoring the second goal. His third goal brings back fond memories of him as 'The Michael Owen of old' with his predatory instincts.

All in all, the majority admits and acknowledges the fact that Owen is back at his best. And the best is yet to come. Without a shadow of doubt, he is able to help England win the World Cup and of course, Manchester United to win even the Champions League and Premier League. With so many people backing him, even his MU teammates, it is just a matter of time before Capello takes him in his squad. Not just to succumb to the pressure, but because Owen is indeed a world class player.

Let's keep our fingers crossed that Owen will continue to terrorize the defenders. And so, secure a place in the England squad.
