JB...Singapore...KL...

Last Monday, my parents and I left for JB about 7.30am. I actually woke up at 3.15am. And no, i'm not having insomnia. =P So, I started surfing the net for about an hour. I finally felt sleepy. But I woke up at 4.30am again. So I continued surfing the net. I eventually slept at 5.15am right up to 6.45am. Anyway, I was...ahem...given the honour to drive on the highway. We stopped at the resthouse at Bt. Merah for breakfast. Had my favourite lontong.

We then continued the journey. The after effects of eating had taken its tool on me. I drove til Kuala Kangsar. Then my dad took over coz I was sleepy. Hehe...Anyway, we took a detour to KL. Sg Long to be exact. Had lunch with my sister before sending her off to UTAR. I chatted with her more than I ate, I guess. We stopped at Machab resthouse for a break. Ate something light. From there, I drove again to my cousin's house.

Together with my uncles' family, we had dinner. stayed for the night. The next day, we ate my favourite roti canai at my favourite rota canai stall. Then, my cousin brother dropped us at Woodlands. My dad had a meeting the next day. So they (the Spore company) hired a limo for us. It was so cool!!! As we walked down towards the road side, the limo arrived. White mercedes!!! Off we went to our hotel.

After checking in, my parents and I went 'jalan-jalan' til I wanted to pengsan. As the saying goes, shop til you drop! Bought some shirts which were on sale. And my stomach gave way. So hungry. Didnt know shopping was and is as tiring as exercising. we had lunch. After that, we went back to our rooms. I had a room of my own. Yet another cool thing.

By 7.30pm, we were at the lobby. A limo brought us for a buffet dinner at Royal Scot. The food was awesome. By the way, had dinner with them. The next day, in the morning, after breakfast, my dad attended the meeting. My mum and I just stayed in our rooms. When it was time to check out, my dad came back.

Before we left Singapore, they hired a limo again =P and brought us to the Singapore Flyer. It was a blast. Took so many pictures. It was a birds' eye view up there. It was time to leave Singapore. My uncle fetched us from the JB bus station.

After packing out stuff, we headed straight to KL as my dad had another meeting the next day. We had our dinner at 1 of the resthouse. By teh time we reached The Gardens hotel, it was already past 10pm.

The next day, my dad attended the meeting. After my mum and I had breakfast, we went back to our room. Come lunch time, my sister met up with us. We had lunch together. Exchanged stories...(To my sister: it was so fun!!!) Soon, it was time to check out. My sister mingled around with us til after 3pm. She then went back to her room. When my dad came back from meeting, we headed straight to Penang.

In conclusion, it was a blast!!!

Dance...Love...Sing...Live...

I remembered my sister gave me this as a birthday gift this year. And i decided to post it. It is actually a magnet but i like what is written on it. It says:-

Dance as though no one is watching you

Love like you've never been hurt before

Sing as though no one can hear you

Live like heaven is on earth!

The message is simple but is very powerful and clear. Give your best in everything. Never shortchange yourself. And surely we will soar above the storm...

Ex-CGLians At Coffee Island

Yesterday, the five of us had dinner at Coffee Island. The five were:-

1. Madeline
2. Alyn
3. Yee Tang
4. Erica
5. Me

It's been a year since I saw them. So, I was teribbly thrilled when Ah Miao suggested we had dinner yesterday. I reached around 6.40pm. Yee Tang and Erica came right after that. We started chatting. We wanted to order drinks first while waiting for Ah Miao and Alyn. But we ended up talking til Ah Miao came. It was only then did we order our food and drinks. Alyn came much later.

We had a great time eating and chatting. Alyn had to leave early. So, the four of us continued updating each other. We didnt realise that it was 10pm. Time flies!!! Anyway, Yee Tang 'excorted' me to the loo. The fascinating thing about it wasnt the interior design but the sign that they placed on the wall.

Of course, we took some pictures since we hardly meet up. So, around 10.10pm, we headed home. All in all, it was a blast. Hope to hang out with you guys again...and soon! The pictures will be posted on facebook soon. The internet connection is really slow. =P

Perodua or Preodua?

Not too long ago, while I was waiting outside my church, I spotted this car. It caught my attention as it is a Kancil. Supposedly by Perodua. But take a look, the word "Perodua" is not on the kancil. Instead it is "Preodua".

Thus, i took 3 pictures of it. Oh, and thanks to a car which passed by, the 1st shot is pretty clear since i took them with my camera phone. But i cropped it so the number plate was omitted. If you view it properly, the whole grey piece further proves that it's a fake as it has broken into 2 pieces.
