Food...

Well...today my sis picked me up at 5 something in the evening...dats because both our classs ended at 4pm...class ended early...i stayed back for awhile to discuss an assignment wif my friends...so by the time i reached my room, it was around 4.15pm...so i did some packing b4 she arrived...it was considered quite fast when she arrived...

anyway, it drizzled slightly all the way...and as usual, the trademark jam...however, we still managed to reach my aunt's place in subang by 5.50pm...it was rather fast...when we arrived, fetched my aunt to buy durians...it was really cheap...

so it was time for dinner...dinner was awesome...alas home cooked food albeit it wasnt mum's cooking (mum...your's still d best =P)...let's see, there was fish with sambal, vege (its a must for them, haha), beancurd, soup...and of course, durian...the durian great too...

next, i did my assignment...went on the net...chatted wif ex-schoolmates...checked e-mail etc...at 10pm, i watched the mega movie on tv3 while eating durians...haha...for the record, im not a durian freak...right up to 12am...currently, watching 8tv's Quickie...speaking of Quickie...my fav hosts are rina and phat phabes...ok, i think i plan to watch some more shows before i go to bed...

Its The Second Week...

This week is, but the second week of lecture...so far, dis week has been pretty interesting...except for the fact dat its annoying as it rains almost non-stop everyday...other than dat, its great...really...honest...

anyway, let's see..tuesday evening, right after class, my friends and i went to digital mall...'ta pau' fried mee..it was worth it as it was a really huge serving...couldn't finish...=P once i reached my room, my sis informed me aobut going to mid-valley...so about 1/2 hour later, she picked me up and we went to mid-valley...after some shopping, had a slice of cake at Secret Recipe...couldn't finish again...it was a bg slice though...=P after which we went back...dat was tuesday...

(today) thursday...once class ends at 4pm...stay back in the library to surf the internet...and must start to think wat to eat for dinner...lost for choices...yet another million dollar question...when some where, half-way across the globe, people are desperate for food...haiz...God bless them though...oh ya, after dinner, my sis will pick me up for cg...i'll be having bible study b4 dat...

(tomorrow) as for friday...its the best day of the week...which im waiting for...once class ends at 4pm...probably mingle for a while in the library...pack stuff...wait for my sis to pick me up and head for grocery shopping at mid-valley...stay at aunt's place till mon...as its a public holiday - monday i mean...and as for the rest of the fun part...i shall upload it the next time...probably next week...

Crazy Week...But Still Funny...

It's the 1st week of sem 3...and yet, i have started receiving assignments even on the 1st day...crazy huh? simply because its a short sem...meaning...here's the equation...

7 weeks of lecture + 7 weeks of tutorials = 14 weeks of lecture + 14 weeks of tutorials

see!!! each week... there are 2 lectures and tutorials respectively for each subjects...thank God there are only 3 subjects dis sem...which are management studies, webpage design and english for communication...

but come to think of it...the arrangement of the timetable is not bad...only monday classes starts at 8am...tuesday starts at 12pm and last class ends at 3pm...wednesday starts at 9.30am and ends at 2pm...thursday 10am , ends at 4pm...friday starts at 10.30am and ends at 4pm...of course with breaks in between everyday...haha...

as for today...i had english tutorial and management lecture...

eng tutorial...it was more of a discussion as we were taught how will part of our coursework be...which is basically done orally for the particular part...so we had like a 1 round of try out...here's the snippet of the guidelines on how to do a group discussion...

"...ok, for Task B, it's a group discussion...so, when A has expressed his/her opinion, A may continue by saying, "Wat do u think, xxx(name of fren)?"...u dun have to say, "Wat do u think, CANDIDATE A?"...jz say the name...so, do not jz answer, "agree...agree" and keep quiet...it's a discussion...u hav 2 respond..."

"...if u disagree, disagree POLITELY...don say, "hey! u, SHUT UPLAH!!!" jz say, "i disagree wif wat u say because etc..."

"...when u r informed u hav 2 mins left for ur oral, dun say, "ok lets do our conclusion now!!!" plus, if u still disagree wif ur frens after ur frens have said, "in conclusion, etc etc" dun say, "i still DISAGREE wif u" because u will get 0 as u r going back to square 1..."

A New Sem...

sem 2 is now over...so is the sem break...cum dis monday, its a start of sem 3...yet another cycle of study...which so happens is the last sem for our foundation...cum jan next yr, we'll be in our 1st yr of degree...

time really flies...esp when it comes to sem break...its funny, and annoying at times, dat things dat we like seem to end very quickly...like in a blink of an eye...however, things dat we dont like is the direct opposite, it takes like forever...which doesnt seem to end...or able to end in the near future...

well, i hav 2 look on the bright side...sem 3 is a short sem wif only 7 weeks of lecture...which i reckon will be as crazy as a long sem...i juz had a peek at the timetable...though its not confirmed...but still, its a rather hectic schedule...though its slightly lesser than dat of a long sem...afterwhich its wat im looking forward to...i meant the 1 week of study leave...not the finals...as i'll be back in pg...finals should end pretty early since we'll be studying only 3 subjects...it might, and hopefully, will last for a week...and the icing on the cake is definitely the sem break, which is 3 weeks long...if finals is 1 week...

in the midst of the 7 weeks of studying and attending classes, we'll be busy looking for rooms to rent since the engineering faculty is in setapak...not in pj...which so happened reminds me of nomad people, people who keeps shifting places, not staying put at any one place...dat will be an extra activity...like lawatan sambil belajar ke setapak, but dis time, its lawatan sambil mencari bilik sewa ke setapak...

come to think of it...7 weeks will past pretty quickly...so...in a way, its both a happy and sad thing...sad as no more holidays, gotta go back pj...happy as its a new sem...

A New...Me???

yet another history has occured on the 1st of october...i had a hair cut...well, it was not just a hair cut...i went to straigten my hair...



you see, since small, the only thing dat i did to my hair was getting a hair cut...in fact, when i was much younger, and well, smaller, =P i hated going to a hair salon...only my mum was gladly welcomed to cut my hair...in fact, when i was around 4 years old, at my grandma's place in muar...my mum sent me for a hair cut...of course, i refused it...til i cried and throwed out...well, the gud news was it was only 50 cents...haha...bad news - the hair stylist had to clean her place...see...told ya...i hated it down right terribly much!!!


fast forward 14 years later...of course now im ok wif people cutting my hair...still, i strictly stayed to juz cutting my hair...nothing else...so, even post spm, my mum wanted me to straighten my hair...i refused and procrastinated for a long time...til now...



so at the hair salon...i read "The Last Gospel" by Dabid Gibbins to kill time...while waiting for my hair to be straighten...it was 4 hours long...i mean, its the usual number of hours for straightening hair but its my 1st time sitting there for 4 hours...thank God for the story book...didnt really care bout the butt pain...
